William G Godburn

President

Bill has over 30 years of Healthcare Management and Administrative experience.  He brings a hands on approach to and expansive view of all aspects of Healthcare Operations and Analysis. Bill is a results oriented administrator with both Hospital and Physician Practice Management experience. With a wealth of experience in Healthcare Finance, Operations and Clinical Management, Bill brings a global experienced view to your organization.

Bill holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Government from Eastern Connecticut State University, and an Associate’s degree from Northwestern Connecticut Community College. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management at Saint Joseph College and is the former chairman of the Region 1 High School Board of Education and former member of various local boards.  Bill is a former Board member and current member of the Connecticut Chapter of Medical Group Management Association.

Erin G Lamb

Chief Executive Officer

Erin, a mom of 5, including quadruplets and children with special needs, has navigated the maze of the disability system on a personal basis and graduated from Partners in Policymaking, an advocacy training program sponsored by the Connecticut Council on Developmental Disabilities, Connecticut Office of Protection and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities, and UCONN Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.  Erin can serve as a consultant, advocate and representative to those families in need of assistance in Special Education through training, representation at PPT’s , assistance in Grant identification, and providing education to Healthcare and Education professionals and all organizations looking for knowledge of this complex system.  Erin also provides Diversity and Inclusion Training for those seeking understanding to better serve the disability community.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stetson University and State of Connecticut Advocacy Training.  She is a former Parent Representative on the Connecticut Birth to Three Interagency Coordinating Council.

Lynette R Godburn, RN

Senior Clinical Advisor

Lynette serves Lighted Path in an advisory roll bringing over 35 years of experience to the company.

A 1978 graduate of Saint Francis Hospital School of Nursing, Lynette has worked at Windham Hospital, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Medical/Surgical, Pediatrics, Intensive Care, and the Emergency Room.  She worked for 25 years at Macony Pediatrics in Great Barrington, MA as a Staff Nurse and Nurse Supervisor.  Lynette was responsible for Lab CLIA procedures and implementing prenatal nights to introduce parents to physicians, nurses and newborn care.  She was the OSHA nurse and implemented office procedures for efficient patient care.
